About the role
Able Uganda Disability Ministry is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our growing organisation into its next phase of impact. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee all programmes and operations, manage relationships with donors and government, and champion the inclusion of people with disabilities in church and community.
Able Uganda exists to ensure that every person — regardless of ability — knows they are made in the image of God. We need a leader who shares this conviction.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Disability Studies, Development, Non-profit Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years' leadership experience in NGO or church sector
- Demonstrated fundraising and donor management experience
- Personal experience of disability (lived or through close relationship) an advantage
- Strong Christian faith and commitment to disability inclusion theology
