About the role
Compassion Uganda is seeking a qualified Finance Officer to support the financial management of our child sponsorship programmes across Uganda. The Finance Officer will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and compliance with Compassion International standards.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about using their financial skills to serve vulnerable children in the name of Christ.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- CPA or ACCA qualification (or in progress)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/accounting
- Experience with NGO financial systems preferred
- High integrity and commitment to Christian values
