About the role
Medical Teams International (MTI) Uganda is seeking a skilled Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to support the assessment and learning of our health programmes in refugee-hosting districts. The M&E Officer will design and implement data collection tools, analyse programme data, and produce reports for donors and the Uganda country team.
MTI is a Christian organisation committed to healthcare for the world's most vulnerable. We seek someone with both technical M&E expertise and a personal faith commitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years' M&E experience, preferably in health programmes
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, or R for data analysis
- Experience with ODK or KoBoToolbox for data collection
- Familiarity with refugee health programming preferred
