About the role
Watoto Church Uganda is seeking an anointed Senior Pastor to lead our Gulu Campus as we continue to expand our presence in Northern Uganda. The Senior Pastor will provide spiritual oversight, pastoral care, and visionary leadership to a congregation of 1,500+ members.
This is a significant leadership role for a seasoned pastor who is called to build the local church, develop leaders, and engage the community with the transforming love of Christ.
Requirements
- Ordained pastor with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology
- Minimum 8 years' pastoral experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
- Strong preaching and teaching gifts
- Experience in multicultural, multigenerational ministry
- Commitment to Watoto's vision and values
