About the role
Kampala Pentecostal Church (KPC) has an exciting vacancy for an experienced Worship Director to lead our worship ministry across three campuses. The Worship Director will be responsible for developing the vision, culture, and excellence of worship at KPC.
This role involves leading Sunday services, developing the worship team (60+ members), overseeing song selection and original composition, and ensuring that KPC's worship is Spirit-led, musically excellent, and accessible to all generations.
Requirements
- Degree in Music or Worship Arts (or equivalent ministry experience)
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading congregational worship
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a large worship team
- Excellent musicianship and vocal ability
- Familiarity with contemporary Pentecostal worship culture
