About the role
Rubaga Miracle Centre is seeking a dynamic Youth Pastor to lead our thriving youth ministry of over 500 young people. The ideal candidate will be passionate about discipling the next generation through weekly programmes, camps, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly Friday Youth Night and Sunday youth services
- Develop and execute discipleship programmes for ages 13–25
- Coordinate annual youth camps and mission trips
- Mentor youth leaders and small group facilitators
- Collaborate with senior leadership on youth vision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Theology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in youth ministry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Committed born-again Christian
